Join Us: Daily 10-Minute Breaks for Self-Care

Need an ergonomic break from your home workstation?

Need to take a breath, clear your mind, and have a moment for self-care?

Our fellow Berkeley Lab colleagues will be leading daily virtual sessions for a short stretch break in the morning, and a brief mindfulness break in the afternoon (10 minutes each). Join us on Zoom!

As you know, ergonomic safety is important at the Lab, and we want to optimize employee safety and comfort. Additionally, we want to take advantage of ways to minimize and manage stress through mindfulness meditation. (Our UC benefits allow us to enroll in similar workshops, for example.)
