Caring for an elder during the COVID-19 pandemic is uniquely challenging. While elders are isolated in their own homes and in facilities around the world, programs and carers serving them have closed, cut back, or at capacity, thus increasing the responsibility and stress of many family caregivers as they search for creative ways to provide support and practical assistance to their loved ones.
Please join Maureen Kelly, Elder Counselor from Employee Assistance on Monday, April 6, at 1:00 p.m. for a discussion on this topic. Strategies for providing help, coping with stress, and resources will be presented.
