All Access is creating an initiative designed to build awareness and provide resources and educational materials for the LBL community around mental health issues.

- Join the All Access ERG
- Suggest books on Mental Health for the Library to add to its catalog: Book Suggestion Form
- Keep Employee Assistance Program (EAP) brochures for those who may benefit from them (for more info about EAP, click here)
All Access is an Employee Resource Group that advocates for a more accessible laboratory in design, in spirit and in operation. We work to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all employees and visitors, and to serve as an information source for applicants, staff, recruiters, managers and supervisors who have questions about disabilities, support and accommodations.
