Are you a scientist who can share your work with middle and high school students during a ten minute recorded video? Please sign up today for the STEM Rising Meet a Scientist YouTube talks.

In this series, presented by the Department of Energy’s Office of Public Affairs STEM Rising initiative, will share the voices of scientists across the country to viewers at DOE and around the globe, aiming to give middle and high school students information about who our scientists are, what inspires you about your work, what’s next for DOE, why study STEM, and what you do in your free time.
No tech beyond a cell phone and a quiet room is required (but fun props and a good background are a bonus). In your ten minute video (record horizontally!) you’ll walk students through the topics in the above paragraph, and we’ll post the video on the DOE YouTube channel and promote it and the entire series on DOE’s social media accounts and through educational platforms.
Thank you for considering this and please reach out with any questions to AnneMarie.Horowitz@hq.doe.gov, Director of STEM Rising.
