The Lab is launching a new employee recognition platform, Bucketlist, to offer an easy and fun way to thank and recognize individuals and teams for living and demonstrating the values recognized at the Lab as critical to success. This peer-to-peer employee recognition platform is designed to help grow our culture of appreciation, engage with these values, and help us bring them to life.
Four thousand (4,000) Lab employees will be invited to participate using their Lab email address starting April 22. A sample email invite can be found on the right.
The Lab is rolling out this platform as an easy and fun way to reward and recognize all the great work taking place across the Lab, further connect our community, and help internally showcase how we bring our stewardship values to life. This platform does not replace existing recognition programs at the Lab. For more information about the Spot Award program, please refer to the program guidelines in AskUs (login required).

Due to back-end data discrepancies regarding service anniversaries, work anniversaries as well as service awards have been removed from the Bucketlist platform. If you are interested in opting into work anniversary awards and features, please contact employee-recognition@lbl.gov.
Please note that employee birthdays have never been shared with Bucketlist and thus are not visible on the platform.
