The focus of our Spring meeting is “Beyond the Business Case: Cultural Transformation During Challenging Times.”
How can we maintain leaders’ commitment to DEI and equip them with the tools to transform their organizational cultures? How can we convince leaders to prioritize DEI during challenging economic and social times? Robin Ely, Diane Doerge Wilson Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, will lead us in understanding why organizations often fall short in delivering on their DEI commitments: Leaders must be the change they want to see in their organizations. Following Professor Ely’s livestreamed keynote address, we will host an interactive session on Zoom where participants can reflect on, discuss, and apply key learnings to their own organizational lives.
