FREE Meditation Workshop with Heather Alaine–Starts November 30

Looking for a way to manage stress better? Meditation can help, especially with a regular practice! Join WorkFit Instructor Heather Alaine and her Mindful Movement community for a 21-day Meditation. In each session, Heather offers simple techniques for breathing and focus. All are welcome and the class is very beginner friendly. This challenge begins November 30. December is just around the corner. For many of us, it is very difficult during this time to stay focused on our health and to maintain an effective exercise routine. To help you stay on track or to “up your fitness game” we are offering a December Holiday Zoom Fitness Challenge, every Tuesday and Thursday 6:10-7:00 PM (no class on December 24). During these five weeks Jaime Lozano, one of our top master personal trainers, will guide you through a five-week program to help you keep wellness a priority while preparing for and enjoying the holidays. Here are the highlights:

  • Challenging and diverse workouts that focus on all primary components of exercise (strength, mobility, cardio fitness and functional training) 
  • Personal attention and guidance from a master trainer (class is limited to 12 participants)
  • Daily exercise options provided for non-class days 
  • 5-minute Behavior Change tips and check-ins at the conclusion of every class
