We started our morning stretch breaks way back in April 2020 and they’re still going strong. In fact, we’ve had over 3,900 participants since we started!
Join us for a quick 10-minute session of easy stretches designed to get you out of your chair and bring a little movement to your morning.
The sessions are led by your fellow Berkeley Lab colleagues and we’re always looking for new volunteer leaders – email Kelly Perce (email@example.com) if you’re interesting in joining the team.
