Please join us for a Community Conversation centered on the role of allyship in building spaces of belonging and success for all. We will explore approaches for effective allyship by individuals, by groups and across groups. This highly interactive session is open to anyone at a Berkeley Lab interested in strategies for promoting and advancing a culture of inclusion through individual action and collaboration with members of marginalized groups. This virtual session may be of particular interest for ERG leaders, allies and change agents across the organization.
