  1. “Inclusion means not being verbally bullied into submission by someone who intentionally 1) talks quickly, 2) talks over me or, 3) talks at me in order to push down my ideas and opinions, for theirs to be the correct choice; especially, when they are the one who came to me for my ideas and opinions in the first place – seems like a no brainer huh?”
