The Lab is providing “Leading for a Respectful Environment” training facilitated by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). EEOC trainings are more traditionally formatted workshops that actively build skills in recognizing issues and how to intervene early, before things rise to the legal definition of discrimination, and encourages pro-active responsibility. The session for supervisors will include a portion focused on providing constructive but critical feedback to direct reports. Attendees will be required to have their LBNL badge to gain access and check in for the class. After successful completion, all attendees will receive harassment-prevention training credit for California AB1825.
