Berkeley Lab

Share Your Passion: Be A ‘Live Science’ Presenter

Throughout the summer, the Lab’s K-12 office is hosting live science webinars for employees and their families, and the community. Consider presenting your research, hobby, or other activity you enjoy during future episodes in the series. Sign up here!

Live Science is a virtual series in which researchers at Berkeley Lab share their work and lead a home activity with the public. Viewers are able to ask questions about science topics and learn how innovative research can translate to hobbies at home. Each event is held via zoom webinar at 2pm on Fridays (with recordings posted later) and will feature around 3-5 presenters.

As we continue to plan this series through the summer, we are looking for Berkeley Lab staff to participate in future events. We have some topics planned, but we’re very open to hearing new ideas! Past topics include: microbes and sourdough starter, 3d design and fabrication, and astrology and stargazing.
