Wellness Webinar: Stress and Stress Management – October 14, 2020

Stress is a fact of life. Some stress is good – it can spur us to act – but long term, chronic stress can wreak havoc on our physical and mental health. As 2020 continues to bring trying times, with new challenges coming up each day, paying attention to our stress and expanding our ability to cope is imperative. Adjusting to the New Normal: Stress Management aims to define the various types of stress and their impact on our health and well-being, and provide some evidence-based techniques to add to your personal stress management “bag of tricks.”
