The pandemic has forced most of us to work differently in the past year. You have shown flexibility and creativity on how and when to work while continuing to deliver on the Lab’s mission. This forced shift in our work structure is an opportunity to discuss the future of work at the Lab.
We have chartered a working group to review current policies and programs and make recommendations about telework and other flexible work options to Lab leadership. In addition, the Lab is working with an outside consulting firm, Mercer Consulting, to assist the Lab in providing input from employees.
