Berkeley Lab’s unique culture is critical to our ability to conduct groundbreaking research in science and technology, with a special focus on national priorities. Our culture is informed by our commitment to stewardship of the Lab’s research, resources, and people. At the April Town Hall, Director Witherell spoke about how life at the Lab post-COVID will require all of us to actively build our culture, and unveiled the new values that will guide our behavior and decisions: Team Science, Respect, Trust, Service, and Innovation.

Your participation in these conversations will help us identify the interpersonal behaviors that make these values come to life so that we can map out what it looks like to live these behaviors.

Each 90-minute virtual conversation will be capped at 30 participants and engage participants via discussion, polls and chat. A zoom link will be provided via email the day before the event.

Please select a date from the earliest available options. As dates fill, we will add new sessions so please check back.
