The DEI Office supports institutional efforts to prevent harassment, discrimination, and retaliation and partners closely with Human Resources to foster the recruitment, retention, and development of exceptional and diverse scientific, engineering, and operational talent. In addition, the office supports outreach efforts aimed at increasing underrepresented populations at the Lab, family resources and work/life balance.
