Recipes Requested for “A Taste of Berkeley Lab” Cookbook

Kcj5drncqThis year’s theme for the 5th Annual Diversity Cultural Festival is “A Taste of Berkeley Lab”, taking place on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at the Cafeteria Lawn (more details to come).  In addition to the festival having a diverse set of performers on stage, Epicurean will feature a menu of food items from various countries, and club participants will share a sampling of treats reflective of their culture.

Additionally, the Diversity and Inclusion Office would like to invite employees to share a recipe(s) for inclusion in “A Taste of Berkeley Lab” Cookbook.  We will have the recipes available online for employees to view, including a photo of the dish, ingredients, preparation, and food category.  Names and Divisions of those who submit their recipes will be included on the website.

Submit your recipe by completing our form here.  Since we would like to feature the recipes online prior to the festival, please submit your recipes by Monday, October 12th.  Additionally, please contact us if you would like to bring a sample of your dish to the Cultural Festival, and we can arrange to have a table set up at the event.  For more information, please email
