Meditation Monday, Wednesday & Friday via Zoom

In collaboration with the LBNL Mindfulness Meditation Group and the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Office, we will be offering three Zoom-based meditations per week throughout the shelter-in-place.

With our minds left wandering and sometimes worrying during this stressful time, let’s turn some of that boredom into exploration.

Wednesday Mindfulness Meditation – 20 minutes

Time: 12 noon – 12:20 (add it to your calendar)

Zoom: https://lbnl.zoom.us/j/901593091

Wednesday meditations will be a shorter, mid-day break and a chance to gather and quiet our minds and bodies. The group will be led by a variety of employees from our daily meditations we held in April. The group is open to people new to mindfulness and those who are more experienced. We look forward to seeing you there!
