During this remarkable time of global and individual transformation, we are all being given the opportunity to learn to care for ourselves and those we love more deeply, to realize the preciousness of life. The process of becoming fully present and loving towards ourselves and others can be an opportunity for profound growth and healing. In this workshop, we will learn a clear, concise and usable model to live life more consciously and compassionately while acknowledging our own mortality.

Dale Borglum, PhD Bio: Workshop will be conducted by Dale Borglum, Ph.D., who, with Stephen Levine and Ram Dass, established the Hanuman Foundation Dying Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico, the first center supporting conscious dying in the U.S. He has been the Executive Director of the Living/Dying Project in Santa Fe and since 1986 in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is the co-author with Ram Dass, Daniel Goleman and Dwarka Bonner of Journey of Awakening: A Meditator’s Guidebook, Bantam Books and has taught meditation since 1974. Dale lectures and gives workshops on the topics of spiritual support for those with life-threatening illness and on caregiving as spiritual practice.
