All Lab employees are invited to attend this Stanford VMware Women’s Leadership Innovation Lab event on Thursday, April 25th from 10:15 – 11:30 PST.

The Stanford VMware Women’s Leadership Innovation Lab invites Corporate Program members to join us April 25, 2024 from 10:15-11:30am PT for a live stream of our spring member meeting’s keynote address featuring Lab affiliated scholar Mary C. Murphy, Professor of Psychological and Brain Sciences and Principal Investigator of the Mind and Identity Context Lab at Indiana University.

Murphy will share insights from her recently released book “Cultures of Growth: How the New Science of Mindset Can Transform Individuals, Teams, and Organizations.” In her address, she will share strategies for organizations to foster a culture of growth mindset. Murphy will describe how growth mindset cultures spur collaboration, innovation, healthy risk-taking, and ethical behavior by creating the conditions for every person to make a valuable contribution, not just those individuals deemed as “geniuses.”

The webinar will last approximately 75 minutes and we will reserve time for Q&A towards the end of the session. The webinar will be recorded and posted to the members-only section of our website. Live real-time captioning will be available.
