Read More Berkeley Lab has made three permanent hires through Project SEARCH, a national program that helps adults with developmental disabilities get employed.

Diversity and Inclusion Office (DIO)

The Diversity and Inclusion Office (DIO) assists in the implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives and ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, including sexual harassment prevention, affirmative action and non-discrimination/equal employment opportunity.

It also managed the 2013 Workplace Environment Survey and works in close partnership with two employee-led groups, the Women Scientists & Engineers Council and the Diversity & Inclusion Council.

This web portal provides a centralized location for parents and others to find information on services related to children, youth, elders, pets, and self-care.
