Join Be Well at Work – Employee Assistance every Wednesday and Friday, through June 26th, for guided mindfulness meditations!
These 15-minute meditations will be restorative and relaxing, offering mid-week replenishment on Wednesdays, and end-of-week acknowledgment on Fridays.
The regular practice of mindfulness meditation has a demonstrable impact on psychological and physical health, improving mood, decreasing stress, strengthening the immune system, and supporting sleep.
If you are new to the experience of meditating, why not give it a try! If meditation is already part of your life, join your community of colleagues in this addition to your practice.
