Virtual Beginner Yoga Classes Begin July 6

  Join Wes Bethel on Zoom every other Tuesday at 5 p.m. for a free beginner’s yoga class. The class runs July 6 – Aug. 31 and is intended for those with no or very little yoga experience. It provides a gentle introduction to yoga, including standing and seated poses, breathing, and relaxation.

Available Resources on Combating Zoom Fatigue

Video-conferencing or Zoom fatigue can be an issue for many Lab employees as it can impact productivity, health, and safety. The EHS Ergonomics Team has prepared a paper and a number of tips that Lab employees can use to understand and help combat this fatigue.
